• Continue to grow the membership base of Moufons Dragon Boat Teams

• Strategically plan the sport sessions to benefit our two teams, Raging Mouflons and Pink Mouflons

• Prepare our clubs for the Championships, national and international competitions

• Provide appropriate resources, services and benefits for members

• Develop and promote a "Love of the Sport" culture
